TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Competition Closes On The 31st of December 2012 at 12:00am

2.Draw Date Will be the 2nd of January 2013 at The Ridge Shopping Mall 2:00pm

3.Winning ticket will be randomly selected and winner will be notified telephonically .

4.Prize must be claimed with 7days of contact.

5.Winning vehicle to be retained for to 2weeks for all custom work to be undertaken.

6.Fx1 sound & lighting will not be held responsible for any loss theft or damage to vehicle,however all precautions will be taken.

7.All decision making relating to customising,will be determined by the fx1 crew.

8.Prize will not be redeemable for cash.

9.Competition open to public,except employees of the fx1 crew and affiliated partners and sponsors.

10.competition valid for south african residents only.

11.Pimp Your Ride is solely a project of fx1 sound & lighting.

These terms and conditions set out the whole of our agreement relating to the customising of the vehicle by us.Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any customising offered by us.

1. Introduction
